Background
Belcher Consultants was incorporated in 1996 to provide construction management and program management services. Rod Belcher, the founder of Belcher Consultants Incorporated (BCI), is an experienced engineer with a degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and Sate University. He has 20 years experience in the construction industry, most recently as the Director of Construction Management and Scheduling with a well known construction cost/project management company.

As a customer service oriented firm, BCI remains flexible while providing clients with CM and PM services from concept phase to the construction and post-construction phases, either in-house or on-site.

BCI is a solid minority business enterprise. We provide outstanding service and a sound technical knowledge, using established project processes to ensure quality work. We support architectural, engineering, construction and other specialty firms.
